Our team is providing Facilities Management and Mechanical Services to GSA at the Central Heating & Refrigeration Plant in Washington, DC. Under this multi-year award, CBG provides combined boiler and chiller plant maintenance and technical support for the Heating Operation & Transmission Division.
The work ensures reliable steam and chilled water service to federal buildings throughout the National Capital Region, covering preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and 24/7 emergency response. CBG’s in-house team of licensed stationary engineers and HVAC mechanics operates the plant and maintains all associated systems, including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, piping, and instrumentation.
