Our team is providing Facilities Management to FDIC at its San Francisco regional office. Under this multi-year contract, CBG delivers comprehensive building engineering services for the 116,000-square-foot facility, including operations, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and life safety systems.
The team provides daily building engineer coverage, preventive maintenance execution, and rapid-response corrective work to keep the facility fully operational. CBG coordinates closely with FDIC facility staff and GSA counterparts to maintain compliance with federal building standards and agency-specific requirements.
