Our team is providing Mechanical Services and Construction to NAVFAC under a Mechanical/HVAC IDIQ Job Order Contract with a ceiling of $50M over a 5-year period. Under this contract, CBG delivers mechanical and HVAC construction, repair, and renovation projects for Naval Research & Development Establishment commands.
Work sites include the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, DC, the NRL Chesapeake Beach Detachment, and Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock, MD. CBG’s in-house Mechanical Services Division self-performs ductwork fabrication and installation, equipment replacement, piping, controls, and commissioning, reducing costs and schedule risk compared to teaming models that rely on mechanical subcontractors.
