Our team is providing Mechanical Services and Construction to NAVFAC under a Mechanical MACC with a ceiling of $249M over a 5-year period. Under this multi-year contract, CBG delivers mechanical and HVAC construction, repair, alteration, and renovation services across the NAVFAC Washington area of responsibility.
The work spans HVAC equipment, systems, and infrastructure, including ductwork, controls, pumps, piping, fans, and motors, across a wide range of mission-critical Navy and Marine Corps facilities. CBG’s self-performance model for mechanical work enables direct control of quality, schedule, and cost across all task orders under this vehicle.
