Our team is providing Mechanical Services and Construction to Washington Headquarters Services at the Pentagon. Under these design-build awards, CBG delivers renovations of secure spaces, including the WHS Suite 5E965 and the U.S. Space Force Suite 1A936 secure facility.
The work encompasses design, demolition, build-out, and mechanical and electrical systems, all performed to Pentagon facility standards within occupied, mission-critical space. CBG coordinates directly with Pentagon facility management, security personnel, and the end-user agencies to plan and execute all work with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
