Our team is providing Mechanical Services and Construction to NAVFAC at Marine Corps Base Quantico. Under this $3.6M task order, CBG delivers the FY25 Multi-HVAC Repair Project, replacing chillers, heat pumps, rooftop units, and split systems across multiple buildings throughout the installation.
The work also includes HVAC repairs and minor associated work required to restore building system performance. CBG’s in-house Mechanical Services Division self-performs equipment removal, installation, piping, refrigerant work, and controls integration, enabling CBG to deliver the project on a compressed government-driven schedule.
