Our team is providing Base Operations Support to Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) at the United States Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, D.C. Under this 5 year contract, CBG serves as the facilities provider for the historic 1910 federal courthouse in Judiciary Square, a building listed on the National Register of Historic Places, supporting uninterrupted operations of the nation’s highest military appellate court.
The scope of work spans full facility operations and maintenance, including HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building automation, and fire protection and life safety systems, along with preventive maintenance, 24/7 emergency service response, custodial services, grounds maintenance, pest control, and snow and ice removal. CBG self-performs recurring maintenance with a dedicated on-site team and executes major repair and minor construction task orders, applying the added care and coordination required in a historically preserved federal facility.
