Our team provided Operations & Maintenance services to GSA’s National Capital Region at the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse and William B. Bryant Annex in Washington, DC. Under this multi-year award, CBG delivered comprehensive operations, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair services across the two-building judicial campus — more than one million gross square feet supporting the U.S. District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
The scope of work spans mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire protection and life safety, building automation and control, and architectural and structural systems, including maintenance and testing of the campus’s medium voltage electrical distribution infrastructure. CBG operates the on-site service call desk using GSA’s regional MAXIMO computerized maintenance management system, ensuring prompt, professional resolution of tenant requests in one of the federal judiciary’s most high-profile facilities.
