Our team is providing Construction services to the Air Force under a SABER IDIQ with a ceiling of $320M over an 8-year period. Under this contract, CBG provides maintenance, repair, and construction services supporting Air Force, Army, and Air National Guard missions across Joint Base Langley-Eustis.
The SABER vehicle allows CBG to deliver a wide range of project types, from roof replacements and utility upgrades to interior renovations and new construction, using standardized unit-price books and an efficient delivery process. CBG’s in-house Mechanical Services Division supports the HVAC and plumbing scopes across task orders, enabling self-performance and direct quality control on a majority of the work.
