Our team is providing Facilities Management to GSA for its El Paso area portfolio. Under this multi-year award, CBG delivers comprehensive operations, maintenance, and repair services across 12 federal facilities in West Texas and New Mexico, including courthouses, federal buildings, Border Patrol facilities, and land ports of entry.
The scope of work spans mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, life safety, and infrastructure systems in support of critical border and judicial operations. CBG self-performs the majority of recurring preventive and corrective maintenance using a field team based in the El Paso area, with additional support from our regional subcontractor network for specialized trades.
