Our team provided Construction services to NAVFAC at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Under this $13M design-build contract, CBG delivered 75 new modular facilities for hurricane relief following Hurricane Florence.
The buildings included administrative offices, classrooms, computer labs, a medical aid station, a chapel, a fire station, and secure spaces. More than 170 modular sections were fabricated offsite and installed across both installations within a compressed schedule. CBG’s in-house Mechanical Services Division self-performed the HVAC and plumbing work, enabling tight coordination between the general construction and mechanical scopes throughout the project.
