The Atton Hotel is a 12-story, 275-guestroom hotel located in Miami’s thriving Brickell area. The Hotel’s CEO wanted to ensure their newly constructed hotel was Certified as LEED Silver. CBG was brought in to provide Energy Modeling and MEP LEED Credit Uploads to help ensure that all the appropriate LEED points were met.
