The Hotel is a 10-Story, 297-room luxury hotel and conference center located in the Washington, DC suburbs. Aggressive, creative, and innovative energy modeling strategies were implemented to achieve 27% predicted energy savings. Predicted energy savings will achieve 11 out of maximum 18 LEED Energy & Atmosphere points, to help target LEED Gold Certification.
